March 2005: Guest artist in Star-Gala concert in the Friedrich-Ebert Halle in Ludwigshafen with operatic aria from the Italian and German repertoire with the KBS Orchestra, and conductor Sun Kwak.
Soprano roles in Haydn’s “Creation”, Händel’s “Messiah”, Dvorak’s and Rossini’s “Stabat Mater”.
In recital work, Miss Roberts is known for her interpretation of Wagner’s “Wesendonck Lieder”, Mahler’s “Lieder eines fahrenden Gesellen”, Strauss Lieder (also “Orphelia” and “Goethe” Lieder), Schreker, Poulenc (“Tel jour, tel nuit”), Wolf.
